I received a letter to garnish for a old STudent loan I have 30days to appeal and when I send the correct paperwork back will this delay the garnisnment?? Thanks

There is no such thing as an "old" student loan. There is no SOL so it really doesnt matter how old or young it is...it is very collectable.
