student loan

I got a place at a USA university and the scholarship does not cover all of the tuition and it leaves about $17 000 per year.Being a non-US citizen makes it difficult for me to access student loans because a co-signer is required.Now I understand no one can just wish to be my co-signer,SO HOW TO I GO ABOUT THIS WITHOUT LOOSING THE ADMISSION CHANCE?
