Is there help with reducing or consolidating private and federal student loans to make payment reasonable?

You can consolidate you federal loans with the Direct Loan Program and opt for the income contingent repayment plan....it makes your payment quite affordable. As for reducing, you would have to qualify as a teacher or public employee under those programs.
Private loans are and can be a major headache for most people. There is no way to reduce them and consolidation is almost impossible.
