I'm finally done with Capital One!

I had a long thread called Capital One to Sue Me? Well, they didn't sue me, i settled. I was dealing with Nelson, Watson and they gave me such a hard time. Threatening to sue, screaming at me, etc. I felt so lost but this board helped me so much. Once I knew I had rights, I had more confidence to push. i'm still waiting on my paid-in-full letter but i know it will come. for now, i'm just happy i could agree on an amount i could afford. it feels great to have them off my back.. i still have other debts and bills to tackle but i do feel better knowing this is done and i have this great board to help me. :)


Just wondering. Have tried to settle with Capital One with NO LUCK!. They are threatening to sue us. From what I am reading, there is a chance to settle once the account is handed over to collections. Should I let it go that far?
