I just found this site about 5 days ago, if you look at the page title Indiana or Pay co and a couple others that are recent Shazzers and other experts post sample letters, revoling authorization, and revoking ability for contact with you etc, close account add up what you have bad in excess of the principal and let the company know, if it is illegal all I believe that you would be morally obligated and quasi legally to pay is that since more than likely the fees charged and rollovers are illegal in most states. I also did research and pulled up court cases where Loan shop has a cease and desist order in California, I quoted Indiana law, California law and consumer law all obtained from this site, (thanks everyone), and I let these people know that they got me once but never again...

I have sent letters to 5 different pdls this week. Can you tell me what happened with you after your initial contact? How long did it take before you got your PIF?
