After repeatedly emailing payco we finally received a response. Here is the email.
Reference: Payco Dispute
Dear Sir/Madam:
It has come to our attention that there is a dispute in question on both of your accounts. Payco has processed your loan on behalf of Credit Source Limited of the United Kingdom. You both applied for a loan on an international accessible website. This loan was not solicited.
Credit Source Limited is in the process of closing down its operation. However, because there are few complaints, it is our policy to settle all customer disputes. Therefore, both accounts will be closed and you will be refunded the amount paid in excess of the loan. The refund amounts will be $889.00 for each account. Please allow 7-10 business days.
Yours Sincerely
Mr. Stevens

the email address I sent my letter to everyday was sfoxman@eckertseamans.com
I was so surprised to get an almost $1800.00 refund. And even better payco is going out of business. That is awesome!
