PERSONAL TRUIMPH for the $590 Pay Day Loan Yes Stole!

HAHAHAHA! Pay Day Loan Yes can suck it!
So this morning I woke up to my account being over drawn because of some electronic check for $590 from First Financial Services. I immediatley filed a fraudulent claim with my bank but they told my there was nothing they could do until Monday and even then it would be a week for my refund. Im a student so this 590 was most of my paycheck and all i had.
After spending a hour with the bank over the phone I came here and found out this First National Services was just a BS part of Pay Day Loan Yes. I had taken out a PDL from them but paid 315 of 350 because of extension fees and i just couldnt afford it anymore so I blocked thier ACH. After seeing that, that 315 cold go towards the 350 I was going to just send them the remainder of the loan. I saw that PDL Yes had a customer service rep, Hal Kreiger in one thread so I decided to call him, one person said he was helpful and nice.
Hal Hal Hal Hal.... where do I begin with this sorry excuse for a Drew Carry wannabe. I tried being so nice but he never let me get one word in. Whenever I would try and speak he would tell me to "shut up" while yelling at someone in the background that he was going to clock out. When I would speak he would just go "LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LALA LA LA" and he eventually told me to eat sad and hung up.
So I went to my nearby bank branch in tears because of this and after speaking to the super sweet branch manager he but a stop payment on the check closed the account and is opening up a new one for me! So i called HAL to rub in his troll face what I did and what I was going to do with my fruad dept. and the bbb and he called me an indecent human being and if I would let him explain he would help me out. So I told him to eat sand. And Im calling him every 30 min today so he can see what its like to be on our end.
