Almost Done!!

So I have dealt with my loans from US Fast Cash and PaydayMax and they acknowledged that I owed them the principal amounts and have now been paid. Hurray!
However, I am still dealing with PDL Loan Center (the one that changes their name every month) and they are being difficult. I will be sending them the 5th letter after speaking with a rep today stating that i don't owe them what they think i owe them, and he gave me the talk about how they operate according to NVs laws and not NYs (where I am from) He was actually very nice but clearly his boss is going to make him make this difficult for me.
I've been sending letters since May and got an acknowledgment in June but it had to be within 3 days which I could not do. I wrote a letter stating that and haven't received a response since. (until the phone calls started again in late July) Since then that agent has been fired, my account is now probably going to be sold off to a collection agency, and I'm growing tired. Has anyone else had any type of success with dealing with these people? I'm going to hold my own for now but any info would be great.
