I have noticed others who have had a PDL called Payday Yes continuing to make automatic debits. I have the same problem. I am in Nebraska. Is anyone aware of laws or processes that I can use to help get me out of this mess?

It is raning here too and soon to be snow. I have all day to do nothing and I love it.

With the help of this website sometime ago I had a payday storefront loan with one of the majors... and I sent letters galore out even to my states attorneys office, etc.

About a month later, which was unknown to me, the loan was forgiving by the lender. It was after I sent a follow-up letter to my states attorneys office that she wrote back with a letter and a copy of the lenders forgivness letter. I cried. This website and my efforts worked.

I am sure it would work for anyone with the same issues.
