I took all your advice yesterday and just concentrated on one PDL today. I picked Speedypayday I started off by filling out the UTAH state complaint form I had found online, printed and faxed it on its way. Then I went back online and tried to login but it wouldn't let me. So...I called customer service. I started off by telling them that I had called numerous times before and that I had overpaid my loan so I had stopped payments and just wanted to see if they had called in a PIF. She put me on hold and said she had to call the main office. Of course after 10 minutes we get disconnected but this time I called right back and got the same person. She apologized and said she actually had just called me at home and left a message - PIF. They wouldn't give me anything in writing but that is OK I saved it on my telephone plus I'm hoping UTAH will go after them. So that's 4 down 10 to go. Thank you all for the support - I wouldn't be able to do this without you.

Believe me I did my best and it didn't go anywhere. I wouldn't be surprised is this gal honestly doesn't have anything for email. This is one slick operation. I did find out they let there licensed expire in 2006 in UTAH so I'm hoping the state will be able to get me some kind of address and hopefully they will go further than that. I still am keeping the faith!

mperez - YES!!! I'm so glad to read your post! You keep at them and you will get results. One at a time, honey! Just slow your pace and concentrate on one at a time and you'll get what you want. I'm soooo glad you got a PIF. You know, regarding not getting it in writing - I'm a big fan of emailing the hell out of pdls - if you have an email address for them, I personally would do this (only because I like documentation & to hound people). I would send them an email stating that you have received and saved the telephone message from their company on "such and such date and time" and that you understand that your account is marked PIF and thank them for their response. There. You're not kissing ass, you're not stating anything but facts, but you'll have something in writing that you sent stating the facts (other than just having a saved telephone message). Send it "read receipt" so it'll show they received it. You're done. Like I said, that's ifyou have an email address for them. But I'm just a big believer in having things documented. Even if it's just something I emailed and they never responded. At least I have proof that I was in contact. AGain, I'm sooo happy for you!
