5 out of 5 PIF!

I posted last week saying that I had PIF's from 4 out of 5 PDL's (and even one refund), but was still having trouble getting United Cash Loans to talk to me. Well, after a strongly worded rebuttal to their response to my BBB complaint, I received an almost immediate response saying that they were marking me PIF. I am done with PDL's and could not be happier!

Now that some extra cash is freed up, I have started to tackle my credit card debt. I called an account that was in collections this morning and settled it for half what I owed. I am just so thankful that I found this site two weeks ago when I was worried about what would happen to my November 15th paycheck when the PDL's hit. I can't believe how much my financial picture has changed in such a short time. Thank you all for the help you provide!


Thanks, Roxy... That is why I decided to post about my success. When I was feeling like they would never give in, coming on this board and seeing that other people had gotten a successful result kept me going. If anyone would like copies of letters, etc.- I'd be happy to share. Just send me a private message.
