Yes I think so. I also had an old PDL with PayDay1, who is ran by the Bank of Delaware also. I also got a 60% off balance offer from them. When I called to ask about it I was told "due to the current situation" was the reason they were making the offers....

I too have a loan with Think Cash and I was paying it every pay period without missing one. Last payperiod which was 5/29 they didnt take out the usual payment and I have not received any emails reminding me that the payments will come out (they usually do this a couple of days before payday) Does anyone know what is going on?? Should I worry? I havent called them yet on it.
