Finally..........the little people win!

I had a loan through SSM Group LLC. I borrowed $250 and as of 11-7, I had paid them $675. This company wanted me to pay and additional $325 to be complete with the loan. I explained to them that I paid back more than double of what I borrowed and I wasn't giving them anymore. They were suppose to stop debting my accoutn in October but of course they didn't. I contacted my bank and told them what was going on. They put it through the fraud department due to the fact that SSM Group LLC is unlicensed and illegal! They had put a block on this company from withdrawing any more money! After putting the block on my account, "Kristina" from SSM Group, e-mailed me stating my account is paid and no more debts would occur! My bank went after this company and I got all my overdrafts this company caused (9 of them) and my overpayment! I recieved the good news yesterday, 11-28-07! It took a while to get this accomplished but it was well worth the wait and fight!

It's good to see that the little people can win! I want to personally Thank all who helped me with this situtation and I hope that I am able to help someone like I have been helped!

I advise to never give up. You may think it's a battle you can not win but I am living proof that you can. Hang in there!
