IRS Notice

Hello All, This is a great website! Haven't posted in a while but now I have a question. I just got 2 separate "Notice of Intent to Levy", "You Defaulted On Your Installment Agreement" letters from the IRS. I actually haven't missed a payment, but defaulted on my 2006 agreement when I couldn't pay my 2008 taxes in full. I owe $2,265.83 for 2006 and $4,225.30 for 2008. Went through a terrible break-up back in 2005 that left me owing a lot of money that I was legally responsible to pay. I have a good job, been employed for the past 19 years with the same company. Anyway, I don't have any assets and I intend to pay the IRS in full. Is this simply a matter of me just calling the IRS and getting another payment plan started?

I made the call to the IRS and set up a new payment plan. Simple
