I have owed the IRS. It started as about 5k in 1999. Now its up to about 50k. First off 25% interest on the unpaid debt is usuary. No doubt. Second off all they do is send letters. I have a bank account a regular one. They don't bother it. I have a paycheck and don't hide. They don't bother me a house and a car.

See what most people don't get. Because of all of the BS. The IRS has no force of law. If I hit you in the face. I will get arrested. That is force of law. I sit and laugh at people who run and hide. Who get paid off the books. All to hide from something that has no power to do anything to you. I really think its even funnier the people that do pay.

See its like a credit card collection agency. Or someone that has been forecloused on that has outstanding payments. They send letters. However they do nothing. They will absoulutly not take you to court. Because the Usuary could be tested there. So stupid things like the FTC exsist telling you to tell them to stop calling and they have to. See you might not think that lenders on credit cards. Like that. They actually endorse it. They sell their paper to collection agencys. They do not want to wind up in court testing all of this. So you will never ever wind up being sued for unpaid debt.

The IRS is the same it's a toothless lion. With a lot of bad reputation advertising. They are a corporation like the Federal Reserve. Don't be stupid. People would be shocked to know the same goes for property taxes. All they will do is send a letter. You buy your way out of the escrow with your lender. They can do nothing to you. Sherriffs tax sales are nothing but vacant houses. State taxes are the same. They will do nothing to you but send letters. No leins, No attached bank accounts. They do nothing. Believe me going on 12 years. I just throw the letters in the garabage.
