Crosby and assoc. GOT EM

I had the most interesting call last thursday. Right there on my caller ID it said the call was from Ted Crosby and Assoc. I took the number down and let the caller record himself on my CallWave recorder and lo and behold I played it back for the FBI in Jacksonville Florida. A wonderful man took down all the info I had and told me that he would call them. Of course he got the run around where the name of the company was not represented. He used the extention I gave him and the man that answered was very rude. Well to make a long story short I received a call back and the FBI along with myself are going after them.
WOOHOO- sometimes they just do very stupid things to get themselves caught.
Now, this recording was completely legal since I allowed the call to record on my answering machine through CallWave on my computer. It very clearly states to leave me a message and in doing so they opened up the avenue to use said recording for legal purpose.!!!!!
Hi kalevala316 I am surprised that Ted Crosby is still callin
Hi kalevala316
I am surprised that Ted Crosby is still calling people in spite of the fact that he has been under tremendous legal observation. He had to file for bankruptcy last year because of the legal pressure put on him and his illegal business.
You did the right thing by putting the recording device in your phone. This will serve as a legal proof in many situations.
Did they tell the purpose for which they placed the call?
Hi DDIs Sonic threatening to deduct money from your payroll
Hi DD
Is Sonic threatening to deduct money from your payroll by a wage assignment? Do not let them do so. This is an illegal tactic used by Sonic. They don't have the legal wage assignment signed by you. They are using a digitally signed paper for wage assignment. This is illegal.
Contact your payroll department and explain the situation regarding the illegal activity of Sonic. They might be well informed about them. Send a revocation letter to their mailing address and a copy of it to your payroll dept. Send the letters through certified mail with return receipt requested.
Have a look at the page below for a broader explanation:
