Can anyone please offer some advice on how to handle these accounts. I've been juggling these accounts for a little over a year now and just cannot do it anymore. Currently have 6 open: Paydayok balance $350 Paydayone balance $350 Thinkcash balance $950 Cashone balance $500 Mycashnow balance $400 USA Payday balance $450 Thanks in advance for any assistance.

does this mean I would owe $116.46 or am I liable for some amount of finance/extension fees.

Duh! Sorry, it's been a long day. If they are unlicensed you would only owe them principle. So I would say the $116.46 is correct.

one more question.
For PaydayOne, which was the only licensed PDL in my state...does them being licensed mean that I am liable for all finance fees. i have paid $941.09 on a $500 loan so far.

Yeah, unfortunatly it does. Since they are operating as a CSO they are totally within the law to charge you what they are charging . . . . . It sucks, and the laws regarding CSO's need to be changed, but until that time you are kinda stuck.

Can someone please help me.
On my Payday Ok loan, I am trying to figure the exact amount I have overpaid.
The original loan was for $500 to which I have paid $1653.22. They have considered the loan PIF but I would like to request a refund. They are not licensed in my state and I have called the AG office this morning and they are not registered as a CSO in my state. Does this mean that I am only liable for the principal of $500?

Thank you everyone for all your help!!
I have three of my loans PIF now and Payday ok has offered a refund of $500. With that $500 I will pay the remaining principal on the two outstanding loans and I am done with payday loans!!
Thanks again. I could not have done this without the help of this board!
