Someone from Texas will be along to assist you. Their are members on here from Texas that can assist you in regards to the pdl laws. Did you try calling them (meaning debt consultation care number) at the 1-800-601-1579 number. Call them or you can click on the debtcc live help and get ahold of a live person.
I am not experienced enough to help you but there are people on here like one of the mod's that can assist you. You should pm goudah she is a whiz at the pdl's. Let us know if you need anything else.

I'm sorry guys, yall are right. My computer is screwed up and I'm new at this posting thing and half the time I can't figure out if i'm signed in or not or if I'm posting in the right spot or the right forum so I just typed a question in the ask question box then I didn't know where it went. I have a major computer problem and it won't stay online long before it starts acting bad and getting me all frustrated as if I'm not frustrated enough with all this other crap going on. Sometimes I think I just want to move off far away where there is no computers, phones, etc. and no one could bother you because they couldn't find you.

Now, lotta, don't go moving into the mountains and disappearing! We need to find your other thread and see what's going on! And I can relate to your computer problems. I've got an ancient "thing" here at home. Sometimes I want to go back to work just to use the computer! LOL! Let's see if we can find your other thread........
