Texas PDL Help

Hi All,
Im so happy I found this website been stressing out forever on my debts. I have some credit card problems but I want to start with the pdl loans I have currently - they are killing me. Im doing some research on PDL loans - yes I got myself in a mess. Just wondering if any of you other Texans have examples of letters you sent to PDL loan companies.
I read some of the law info online and I think that a couple that I have been paying for a few months should be marked paid in full, but I am also not sure if all of the companies are leagally able to loan out in Tx, etc. Finding it all kinda confusion, I would at least like to come up with some sort of settlement plans.
I just put a stop payment on them with my bank and opened a new bank account. So I want to get some letters out this weekend before I get the bombardment of telephone calls - yuck. I have a couple that I would get paid off but then would have to get the loan again to pay off another loan or rent. I cant get out of it - help please.

CashNetUSA is very easy to work with. You can call them up and
CashNetUSA is very easy to work with. You can call them up and make payment arrangements. However, I would recommend closing your bank account and getting a new one at the same time. Some of these companies may try to hit your account while you are in the process of settling with them. Don't get into a forced closure of your account due to NSFs created by them.
