Has anyone had in communication with Pentagroup Financial who is representing United Cash Loans?
I just has a AJ Linstrom just call me and tell me that if I don't pay the balance in 1 hour then he is going to submit his report to United Cash Loans for further action.

Can anyone tell me what he is talking about and if they are truly a CA?

HELP!!!!!

I have paid them at least $300. He told me that they won't make payment arrangements with me but if you go to their website, they have a way to make payments. Then I told him that I needed him to validate this debt and he told me No that I was required to pay the loan back in 30 days or else. I know this is crap because they took $90 out of my checking account for weeks. He was very rude!!!!

Pentagroup Financial's report will be baseless if they don't validate your debt in writing. They are bound by the federal laws to put in writing while attempting collections. You should have received it in your mail within 5 days after the first call. Send a debt validation request and cover your legal move. Send this letter through certified mail with return receipt requested for proof of your actions.

Also keep in touch with the United Cash Loans and see if you are allowed to make payments directly. If they accept it, you won't have to deal with the CA.

Don't worry. Take a deep breathe and do as dcashwell3 suggested. United Cash Loans is nothing more than a joke. THey will do nothing to you. They have to send you an itemized statement of your account upon your request. They think they are above the law, in reality they are running and hiding from the law.

See if the collection agencies are reporting in your credit file. If they can't validate your debt, they must not hit your file negatively. Dispute the item with the bureaus with proof of your validation letters. They will run an investigation with the company and get the matter verified. Incorrect negative entries will be reported from your credit file in the next update.

Good morning all....I received a phone call from some one at PentaGroup also....my phone broke up in the middle of the conversation and I lost reception. He then called back telling me to get a better phone before making any other calls. He then called my office while I was out and proceeded to go down the entire list of extensions that we have trying to find me. When I finally called them back, he hung up on me and said he was through with my games? Seriously!! Then I called and spoke to a different person, who was very pleasant, said that the previous gentleman had no right to talk or behave to me in that manor. He then faxed over a letter showing what I owed. He told me that they were just trying to get back to me before the pdl company tacked on all the interest/fee charges. I didn't even know what this loan was for. I have tried to call them back, but I haven't had any responses??

Angel,
I would send a validation letter to them either via fax or mail. That way they have to respond via mail. What was the guys name that initially called you being rude? Was it AJ Linstrom? That's who called me and he just wouldn't even listen to my request about validating the debt or anything. I turned around and sent a validation letter. I won't play these games with these or any other CA folks who treat me like I am a criminal.
