Here is the email I received from United Cash Loans regarding the $220.00 extra that they wanted.

RE: Account# 257806

Mr. Vandergriff,

Due to the cost and time spent on this account, we feel we have and will expend far more than any funds due, although United Cash has met all the terms and conditions of the agreement. Further the funds were deposited into and accepted by your banking institution for your use, and very little has been received in repayment for these funds. However, we do not wish to waste any more of our valuable time and resources on this matter. Any future correspondence on this matter will not be necessary. Your loan will be written off as a loss, and your account marked as do not loan.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

Respectfully,

Compliance Department

CC/File

I sent them a real nasty one yesterday. I totalled what I paid them on 2 loans total that I had with them...Get this..One both loans for $300 each, I paid them a total of $1810.00!!
Sickening!
I even sent a copy of my letter to the investigator I spoke with last week, hopefully that'll light a fire under them!

Now I am having to deal with Sonic stating that we violated the laws of Ireland. They are the ones that violated the US laws. I sent them a nice piece of info and they replied that they needed a ss# to look at the account. I fired the reply back that they have the name on the account and to quit screwing around. I am tired of their stalling.

I've emailed the letter at least twice and faxed at least 3 times. I am going to modify it a little and resend tomorrow.

Tammy that's almost funny that Sonic would say you violated laws in Ireland, who cares, what are they going to do to you make you go to Ireland, geez, that would be awful, huh? Keep after them, you'll get them.

Well United Cash Loans flooded my inbox today. These guys made me laugh because they stated they have been sending me e-mails since March wanting to make payment arrangments with them. I don't think so. They also stated that they can prove this if I file complaints against them. Could that be falsifying documents? They also said that my account is now with pinion and I would have to contact them to make payment arrangments. I don't think so because I have overpaid this company too many times. I wrote back and state they are in violation of state laws since they are not licensed and/or registered in my state. They agreed to my state laws when they did business with me per the attorney general's offices and others. Also, I want a refund and to remove all negative information reported to any angency. I think you guys know the drill but it's time to take United Cash Loans down. I have to go to Wal-Mart to get ink for my printer because I'm going to be working on complaints this weekend. :?

Mishele,

Wow they just won't give up. It's funny, each company seems to randomly select people to forgive loans for, and each picks others to keep harping on. Weird.

I really do think the state of VA is looking into suing them. Just something that was said to me by a state employee. I would love to see that.

Good luck with the complaints. I filed one online for a company, but the response space is limited to less than 1000 characters lol. At least they (BBB) will send an email confirming the complaint you made so you have something for your records.

I think I may have them a little be scared or just mad since they decided to flood my e-mail at home yesteray. I have yet to check it tonight. I get so tired of being lied to by these companies. They are my number one target right now. I am having another company investigated though. I talked to an investigator today and they are going to check it out next week :)

You have not even paid the initial deposit on the loan you defaulted on, there will not be any refund on this account*******

This is the response that I got back from United Cash Loans from the two e-mails I sent them last night. Hmmm, I've overpaid ya and then some guys. Oh, they are going to get a swarm of complaints from me within the next week.

They responded to my complaint to the BBB and what a bunch of hogwash. This company is based on lies and predatory lending practices. I sent my reply back stating that their response was not acceptable and there was barely any truth in it. UC states they have been in contact with me since January or have tried and I have been ignoring them. ???? Man, that is so not true. They have sent me two collection notices in April and flooded my inbox last week. More complaints to follow.

I've been having problems with the boards over the last couple of days. I'm just too lazy to log in right now. I replied back to their reply of my original complaint. I stated that their answer was unsatisfactory. They can bite me as far as I'm concerned because I am going to flood them with complaints/e-mails. I won't give up on them.
