Company/Individual reported: United Federal Bank

I have been receiving threatening calls from Andrew Flintoff, who claims he is an Affidavit Processor for United Federal Bank whose client, Debt Doctor, gave me a payday loan. He said my case file was being downloaded and I was also going to jail for check fraud and that 7 or 8 people would be either at home or here at work to pick me up. He said, "Don't worry - we'll find you. We know where you live and where you work." I called the Police Dept. who listened to his recordings I kept and they called to tell him he was being investigated for harassment. The police officer said they could barely understand his broken english, but that when this jerk realized it was a legitimate law enforcement officer, he actually hung up on her! I am having my lawyer call him next & may sue United Federal Bank for harassment.

They called me once on Saturday at my home and 2 times on June 27th at work. I am employed by a municipal government agency and it clearly states to leave a message. When the officer heard the 2nd message, that's when she decided to call the guy and confronted him. I have asked him many times to quit calling me, especially at work, and send me a bill. He refuses and just keeps calling. It's so annoying!!

Yes, if only I could find out where these dirt bags are calling from we could get law enforcement to go there and shut them down. They are bullies who try to strong-arm exorbitant fees from folks who took out little loans (mine was $300 and they now claim I owe $820). I am still pursuing things with my lawyer so I'll let you all know what he finds out when he calls. They won't be able to utter their legal mumbo jumbo to him as he will cut them off!!!
