i found a negative report on all 3 credit agencies claiming i owe $628.00 for a sprint phone bill. i have contacted sprint numerous times to fix this since i have never had a sprint phone. my last call to sprint said they have cleared the account on their books. please tell me how to have this expunshed from my reports.

You have to dispute it with all the three credit bureaus. Since you are very sure that you did not have any dealings with Sprint in past, send a dispute letter to the credit bureaus mentioning the problem.

I wonder, why Sprint told you that your account has been cleared when you did not have any account at all. I'm not sure if someone else has used your name fraudulently and imposed the charges on you. Were you a victim of ID theft in past?
