Why do people answer others in the internet forums?

There are many reasons why people answer questions here. One is many of us went through what others are going through. I like to answer questions because there was too many what if's. I found this site a year or year and a half ago and almost debt free. I want to give back to people like they did for me. Other people answer questions on this site because this website pays you to post messages.

maybe,but i post for the same reasons you do ryan.alot of topics are situations i have been through as well.i just feel the need to share what i know not only from this sight,but from my own experience.

I too hope that people will not feel as hopeless and depressed as I did before I found this site. This site truly helped me get through one of the toughest times in my life. I just hope I can repay the favor by helping others.

I post because of when I first came here I was a mess and hubby and I were fighting all the time because of the pdl's. I want to help the people get through it the same way that the people here helped me through my mess and got me back on the right track without pdl's.

There are alot of people, on this forum, that have helped get me in the right direction, how to handle things, etc.....one debt at a debt. I've had different kinds of issues (personal and financial) and I STILL believe things are handled well.

I post because of the knowledge and support I have received, and continue to receive throgh my PDL mess. I think it is great when a lot of people from various backgrounds and knowledge levels come together to help each other out! And it's also a great way to make new friends!

It's nice that I can talk to others who are going through the same thing....'in the same boat', sort to speak. Toget help and get advice.
