Is there any banks in Utah that does not use chex systems?

Chex system

I don't know if you have a National City Bank in your city, but I just opened an account there today and I am definitely in the Chexsystem! I don't know if they are just lenient or if today was my lucky day, but I opened an account without any questions or delay.
