Does anyon have the pdl laws for Utah?

I need help! I think I'm in over my head which has now almost ruined my financial life. My bank wants to close my account due to my negative balance. I have a negative balance due to pdls trying to take money out.

You are going to need to close your bank account . . . . If it's in the red the bank won't let you close it, but they may close it for you. That is a good and bad thing. If the bank closes the account because it's been negative too long, they may also report you to chexsystems. It can make it harder to get another bank account. The good thing is that when the bank closes an account, it stays closed. The pdl's will not be able to reopen it with their ach transactions.

Just in case, read this sticky about closing your account. If nothing else, it will inform you of some things you need to be aware of.
