Soap lady, why poke fun at people. Not everyone has the smarts you seem to have.I thought these boards were to help people, and not put them down. Perhaps English is not their native language.
God in the past year these forums have stopped giving advice and have resorted to becoming nothing more than a put down board.It is so very sad.

It is not poking fun...it is reality. English is the official language of this country and if you cannot even post a simple six word sentence on a message board, then it is time to enroll in some free ESL classes.

Reality is that there is no such thing as an official language in the United States. A few states have English-preference laws but Congress has never designated any language to be the official language.

BTW - Whether there is an official language is one of the questions that occasionally shows up on the citizenship exam.
