I have paid for at least 1 1/2 yrs on these, but if each one is a pyoff then retake, are these fees accumlative?

Unfortunately you live in a state where the laws are very nonspecific..I would contact the number above and ask them what course of action you can take to resolve the matter...

Martie,
I am from WI and I am working with the DFI right now about payday loans. First you need to take care of the store front loans, they are licensed in WI so they can and will take you to court. Second, the DFI is going to ask you how you went about to get these internet payday loans, did they send you an e-mail? Or did you do a search for them? Because if you did a search then she can only help you with the interest. But if you got an e-mail then they have to be licensed in WI to lend to you.

If Check n go is a store front you can let the check go back to them nsf and they will keep it in the store for 90 days before they turn it over to a 3rd party collections. I had mine default back in nov. and they still have it in the store.

I had so many store front and internet loans that my bank closed my checking account and then all of them went nsf. That was probably the best thing that could have happened. Because I was paying over $3,000 per month in just roll over fees. Now I am putting that money where it is supposed to be, my daily living expenses.

So I would close your checking account and tell any store front loans what your situation is and try and make payment arrangements with them. Let them know that if they deposit your check it will come back. Then they can only charge you 1 nsf fee and a late payment fee, which usually comes up to $25 and then the interest stops. SO then everything you pay them will pay down your loan.

But please contact Kathleen Hanna at 608-264-7969 and explain your situation and she will let you know what to do. You can also tell her that Danielle told you to contact her reguarding your payday loans.

If you have any other questions you can ask or PM me I can try to help.
