Need to know if these PDL lenders are licensed in Wisconsin

If Wisconsin does not have a cap on the amount of interest a lender can charge, doesn't the online pdl lender still have to be licensed to lend in Wisconsin?
If so, does anyone know if any of these companies are licensed in Wisconsin?

I am willing to bet the answer is NO. Except for maybe CashNet.

I am willing to bet the answer is NO. Except for maybe CashNet. Would that actually be CashNetUSA? If so, I have found them to be licensed in the states they loan to. The others, are not licensed but only in the states they physically operate. And I would double check that, because I found a few that weren't even licensed in that case.
