World Wide Cash calling me and my supervisor and threatning

Sorry to hear about your problems in dealing with WWC. I did a search and really haven't found anything on this company. It could be that they are so new, that no complaints have been processed yet, or they go by a different name.

If you're receiving threats, you do need to file a complaint however. Hopefully you have enough information on the company to do this with the FTC and the BBB.

Some info that I found just by doing a search on Worldwide Cash, came back with a website of 247-payday. Not sure if this is the same company, but after doing another seach with the BBB, this is what I found...

I had to go back to the e-mails they sent me in the past and I found their website. I am reporting them to BBB and I am also going to speak with the young lady that had the nerve to call my supervisor and explain to her that she has recieved more than enough money from me and I will not give that company not a red cent.

You mentioned in your post that you have paid much more than the loan amount. At this time, if they are asking for money, they do need to give you the loan statement first. You have done the right thing by closing your checking account otherwise they would have kept hitting it.

I feel that you should send a letter to the company and request for a loan statement. Sending the letter through certified mail with return receipt requested will prove that your letter has been received by them and they need to give you the statement first. Give this letter the most legal importance so that it proves what you plan next if they don't follow.

I gave them more than the loan itself because when you add up the fees every 2 weeks they have received they are owed nothing. You can't pay back the loan because they keep on adding fees on top of fees.

I thought I did the right thing in closing my account and it feels good to now have extra money and not be tight until the next pay day!

You have surely done the right thing by closing your checking account first. Otherwise, you would have kept losing your hard earned money to them for no reason.

How did you make your payments to them? Well, I am trying to gather proof for you if you are required to defend yourself later. You must be having your bank statement or if you have sent the money through certified check. All these prove that you have been making regular payments.

You also need to negotiate with the company for posting your account as 'paid' in your credit report. Your future lenders may not get the latest update of your file if this company does not report to the bureaus.

I have taken all of my money out of the bank on my last payday and I contacted the bank and told them to close the account. I was paying the companys through ACH which is through my checking account. They all attack my account 2x's each and there was no money for them to take out.

I hope I get some more info on them. They don't provide an address or anything to report to BBB....all I have is a phone number and an e-mail address. I get the BBB for free through the company I work for so that is good.

I have to look into this further to see where they are located. They don't provide the consumers with their address, just a phone number and a web-site. I guess they do have something to hide.

So I have an update on my Credit Union where my check goes in. The lady that I have spoken with on Monday to close the account before these monster get in there and start taking money out, didn't even close the account. Of course I took my money out before they could get their hands on it.

She just called me to tell me that she received the letter from my husband to close the account. Long story short, she couldn't take my word for it to close the account she had to have written permission from my husband since he is the Primary Holder of the account.Which is ludacris, when my checks go right in the account not his and I also work for the company that we have a credit union at. We are both authorize to make changes or anything of that nature to the account. So she gave me wrong info and doing that these loan sharks are still trying to get in the account. Cash today limited, ameriloan, World Wide Cash now and Casth advantage attack the account 3x's each and it was no funds. They accumlated $240 in fees that is not my responsibility since I told the young lady to close the account since last Monday. So I had a battle with her on the phone and then she spoke with her supervisor and then her supervisor spoke with me about this. I was not paying any fees due to the fact I told them to close the account before the account would get hit. She said she couldn't because the Loan companys would attack them. I told her I never heard of such thing.

This is my loan and I have my name on it. It does not have nothing to do with my credit Union. She thought I was naive or something after arguing and debating with my Credit Union and after them realizing I didn't authorize these people to take out the money they close the account and the account is Zero balance.

My gosh what do a person have to do to get their account close. I mean everything is just going wrong.

So now the account is closed and I didn't get charge for all the money these idiots have taken out. I can't believe they attack the account 3x's each. These people are greedy. I have giving them funds since september every 2 weeks until last pay day. What else do they want from me.

I should knock on wood for this,but I only have one company calling me so far and that is World Wide Cash the others has not contacted me. I guess they realized they received all their money due to them and more. Except for Greedy World Wide Cash.

I am very happy to know that you didn't have to pay that $240 in fees just because of the bank's carelessness. Stick to your plan with World Wide Cash also. They can't force you to pay the money.

Send them a Cease and Desist and file your complaint with the Attorney general in your state and in Delaware also file your complaint with the consumer protection office in your state as well as in Delaware. Be sure to document each phone call and to each person talked to. Provide proof in the complaints you file of proof that the loan has been paid off.

Guest, follow the instructions given by Brat. Send a cease and desist letter to World Wide Cash Now. Also, you must check the state laws before recording the phone calls. Some states allow the recording to be done secretly whereas in some states, you will have to acquire permission from the other party. If you do not take permission and record the phone calls, if necessary as per the state laws, they will hold a case against you. So, make sure you are aware of the legal aspects.
