I feel incredibly STUPID!!!!!!!!! I have NO IDEA who this might be and it was in 04/05 but I borrowed 300 and over 600 was deducted from my bank account in the next month by these leeches. Why am I just now noticing? Truthfully I have been playing ostrich for 2 years and NEVER looked. Again I feel STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!
Question-If you can help me locate them what can I do? Should I see if my bank can help?

I too have been caught up in this repay scheme - the website URL = http://geccloan.com/?reqp=1&reqr=p2WynUczYaSlo2qjpP5jLab=
but there is no option to pay the loan off - they must require a phone call
for a $400 loan that i didn't realize i agreed to - i've already paid $212 still showing i have to pay $506

this is a really big scam as it is too easy to 'accept' and hard to pay it back. I think this needs to be reported to the FCC.

The following is email reply from Cash Direct Express:

Thank you for your recent inquiry.
Each pay date, you have three options for payment.

Option 1. Make no changes to the payment program and be debited just the finance charges (*unless you are on or beyond the 5th renewal, in which case the payment is the finance charges plus an additional 10% of your original principal balance to go towards the principal balance)*** Please note that no amount is applied towards your principal balance for your first 5 payments if this option is taken***

Option 2. Call at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled due date and change your payment to the interest amount, plus additional monies which must be at least 10% of your original principal balance, in which the additional amounts are applied to the principal balance.

Option 3. Call or email us at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled due date and request to pay your loan in full.

If you have any additional questions or concerns please email us at customerservice@cashdirectexpress.com or contact us at 1 (866) 432-2562 Mon - Fri from 8:30am to 5:00pm ET.

I told her let me just pay the whole thing off so now its a done deal but i wont be doing biz with them anymore

I had t close my checking account so that they would stop taking money out of my account. I was laid off from my job and I can not affort to have them take money out.
My loan was for 400.00 I agreed to paid 140.00 in loan fees. They started taking out $106. sometime twice in one day. I have paid over 1400.00 to them.

People that don't understand how a payday loan works and then get mad about how much they pay entertain me... dummies. It's no scam, everything is spelled out to you to the letter when you agree to take the loan, learn to read.

#71 why don't you go back to the phones for whichever illegal lender you work for. You fail to note that these companies misrepresent themselves as legal lenders and then cry when their customers find out that they as a company did not follow the proper consumer laws required of them to run a legitimate business.

they tricked me too. i applied for a payday loan and decided to not go thru with it. unknowingly to me gecc had deposited 400 dollars in my acct. they never notified me of this and i never agreed to the terms. anyway they took 106 dollars from my account {interest} i found out only because i was deleting email and decided to read the emails. then i called city bank and they told me i was negative 300 dollars , thank god this acct did not have any funds but now i have to pay city bank 300 dollars because of return checks(debit) . im going to report them to the better business bureau and im going to sue them for what they have taken from me and mental distress

I am trying to find out what the balance is on my loan so I can pay it off; however, I have been unsuccessful in trying to contact them, so I am going to stop this transaction from my bank account! I bet they will respond to me them!
