HELP

I am sorry to hear about your daughter, idaho. It can be a stressing moment for you at this time and this collection call from the company is no good. Since you have loan with them, they are attempting fierce collections on you. They sound to be intimidating and trying to make your situation worse. I will suggest you to send partial payment and a written proposal to keep your account current. Send your money through money gram as they have given out the receiver code in their mail. If they cash it, your proposal will be thought accepted. If they don't, you will have proof of your payment efforts. I know this is not the best advice for you at this time but this might be the option as the situation demands. Register in this site for free debt counseling. An expert will do all the negotiations with the loan company for you.

IdahoFalls

They cannot charge you with "Internet" or "Wire Fraud!" They are just trying to shake you down.

And they use that "Legal Fraud Intervention" title just to intimidate you!

PS...I love the mispunctuation in there letter!

Sorry...The above reply is from me. I forgot to sign in.

Further more, In order to charge you with fraud, they need to prove it without a doubt that that was your intent. Also, you should save all the emails that they send you. Threats like that are against fair credit practices which you can then prosecute!

"Broken payment plan" What kind of grammar is that?

Professionals would not use such speak!
