GFSIL I called them today to make sure they got my certified letter and they told me no they do not have anything like that However I have the signed card,
Any way I was reciting the laws here and He said if we are not licensed in your state them why did you borrow the money, Well at the time I told him I didnt know they werent licenesd here or I wouldnt have,
He says it is getting ready to go to court and that I will be notified of the court date, This is a 200 loan that I got and paid 155 towards before I had to close my bank account due to ID Theft anyway, they want me to pay $500 for this and he proceeds to tell me that I can not send money order since I already agreed to that which I did no such thing they are listed with T & C
I had informed him that the call was recorded ( Wish I could have this ) But it isnt however I kept saying to him so your telling me that I can not make payment arrangemens on this account and Let me note that I am trying to pay this account off,
He wanted me to use a friends account for the ACH,
Of course he continued with the fact that they dont have to follow the laws here BS
He kept telling me that the Main office will be sending me court papers and I asked where this main office is located and I was told in the states but he refused an address the only address I could get out of them in dealing with them is

1005 W Terminal Way
Reno,NV

Any Suggestions on this please

GFSIL is in focus these days. Others are also having the similar problems with this company. The accounts are disputed and they have given money to the borrowers without being licensed in the state. All these factors count and make the story stronger if you intend to take the matter to the court.

GFSIL must charge the interests and fees fixed by your state. They can't add excessive charges on it. If they are not sending you the proper calculation for the $200 loan, you have the rights to dispute the item. Send proper letters so that you have some written proof to show to the judge. Ensure that the letters are sent through certified mail with return receipt requested. Go through some of the posts on this company at the link below

Last thing I know is you have nothing to fear from this company. They will be found guilty of their actions. Make sure that you have enough evidences to prove your case.

TX, Hey I was reading the post. They claim to be in UK. However, even if they are they are transferring money in the United States. They must follow US law. I have not dealt with this company personally but one similar. They are not going to take you to court most online lenders would be afraid to show up in court because they are ILLEGAL.... Good Luck Kyside38

If they are based in the UK, I highly doubt it. Even if they have satellite locations in the U.S., a lawsuit would have to come from the powers that be at headquarters location, and it would have to be filed in the location where the "transgression" took place (in your case, Texas). They would have to cover attorney's fee, transportation expenses, and the actual court costs to come down to TX and sue you- and a $200 loan comes nowehere near what it would cost them to actually do this. On top of all that, if for some stupid reason that actually tried to do it, they could end up having a frivolous lawsuit charge filed against them, since TX doesn't look too kindly on lawsuits filed by organizations that violate as many state and federal laws as GSFIL.
