Actually my certifed letter was returned from the address that I had for them but they are working with my consolidation company for this and have been not so bad to work with that for sure, I can give a number tommorrow for them with someones name that I talked with a Supervisor there and he was fair I paid on fee on the loan and now I just have to pay the principal so that wasnt so bad at $60 a month for a 610 loan

Ok so I said they were working with T & C and they are not , They called me last month to say that they didnt get any money from T & C yet they did credit the account for that, Jason with Mycashnow agreed that I could pay only the amount that I borrowed which was $610 However when I look at the website it says I owe them $1900, They continue to try to debit a closed account and they know it is closed I sent them a letter from the bank back in July to reflect this, I AM NOT PAYINg but what I owe them left which is $331 and they will get it like the originally agreed to at $60 a month no more no less!

THey really piss me off when I asked them where the payments got sent to for the T & C they couldnt tell me that and they wouldnt tell me thier address either that I had to send the money WEstern Union WEll I dont want to do that I want to do money order Any suggestions what can they do to me for this Yes it was internet

Keep demanding the address, let them know if they don't give it to you they won't get paid. I was told this by one internet pdl and they eventually caved and gave me their coorperate address which was actually located in Atlanta, GA. They will eventually give it to you, just stand your ground.

WEll If they think that I will pay all the money to them they are crazy! They dont call me anymore, But I also sent them out the letter too however two of my PDL letters I got nothing in return sending it certified what do I do about this

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having so much trouble with mycash now. Been there, done that. I would file a complaint with your states attorney general's office. Here is the address that T & C sent my payments to:

They had an address in NY but that is not valid anymore. I tried to send a certified letter to them there and it got returned. Also, you may want to consider filing a complaint in the state of Nevada as well. Good luck to you and I hope this helps :-)
