HSBC I'm sick of thee!

These people are nothing but a bunch of lying, conniving thieves. I had them with T&C and they kept rejecting the proposal. I myself was paying them $15 online with my bank account to try to save at least one $30 fee. I offered a payment plan to get it under the limit, they rejected it. I paid $128 to get them under the limit finally. They rejected the payment, gave me at least two different reasons why, the most popular was I had the wrong bank info, the same bank info I had been using all along. So they charged me another $15 along with $60 for being OTL and past due.
They called. I told them to talk to T&C. They told if a payment were made, they wouldn't charge me the past due fee. Guess what! Payment was made. They still charged me the $30 fee. They just now called me. I told them I'm sick of their games, to deal with T&C. They said they rejected T&C's proposal again and did not offer a counter proposal. Told them I would call T&C.
I can't win with these people. My account is now about $250 OTL. I believe they are delibrately doing this to keep racking up the fees.
Any advice for dealing with these people? What are your experiences?

I know what you are going through with HSBC. They are nothing more than thieves that lie. More than likely their next step will be that they will take you to court. I was paying them through T&C and they sued me claiming they didn't receive any payments. Low and behold, Jessica at T&C got proof of the payments to HSBC and when they cashed them. Be on guard when dealing with these people.
