I am having some problems with PDL's. I got myself into a big problem with PDL's 5 of them to be exact. I want to pay them off but not through my checking account. I am putting a stop payment through my checking account because it is always in overdraft which is really causing a delima. My daughter has offered to help me out with paying off the accounts but I can not figure out how to contact them. They are ameriloans, arrowhead investments, timberhill investments, and GFSIL has anyone had any dealings with these places.

Beware of GFSIL. They are the same as Cash Today Limited, AKA ICS. They are one of the worst scammers around. Many people have put their complaints against ICS. The number is 1-800-865-3703. This link will explain everything unknown to you.

Is GFSIL one of those places that are going to try to put me in jail or garnish my wages? God I hope not. I am just sick to my stomach over all this as it is.

sheri..you can't go to jail for this! I think the majority of us here have been threatened with this as well as other ignoramous type promises!
The best thing to do is try to negotiate an amount to pay them in full so they'll leave you alone.
The worst thing they'll do is harrass you with phone calls!

I am going to do that. I am just stressing so much. I suffer from chronic migraines and this is really wearing me thin. I have asked my daughter to help me out but she can only do so much herself. Bless all of you for your advice and reassurance.

Be careful how you do your stop payments, because PDL's have been known to get around stop payments by using an affliate name or trying different amounts. ameriloan also tried to make a check and when I got a copy of the check from my bank it stated Signature not needed. They are real sneaky...
