All I can say whether you like it or not, believe it or not (I couldn't give a dam either way really) - I don't have a debt and have paid what I owe off directly to the company - not to the scam artists trying to additionally collect on it.

As you Jedijeff, I have not heard back from them either (which doesn't surprise me) since I asked them to validate the debt they were trying to scam me out of as well. Good one about the Canadian dollar comment!

What I would like to know is why we are even stooping to their level to answer this ridiculous post. They are definately from a payday company or collection agency. The members of this forum do not have to take this kind of abuse. I know many of you and know that you are hard-working decent individuals that pay your bills and take care of your families. Your Canadian Dollars comment is a real joke since it only a few cents cheaper than your american dollars. But the biggest joke is that most of the debtors with collection companies are US people and most of them go bankrupt. So if your mighty dollars is so much better half of you people shouldn't be such losers.

Speaking of losers - here they are yet again!

Fisrt of all alot of you people help other people which I think is great. Their are alot of people out there that can get down on their luck. For this I commend you all. But the comments re the canadian dollars etc are really stupid. It make the people who are supposed too be helping sound stupid and ignorant. As for the peeson who replied back to the canadian comments if you are canadian I can understand your anger at the insult. But throw crap around does not help solve issue's. As for Janet and Charline I think its great that you are also trying to help. Maybe all of you people should get together and try to help people in debt clear up the messes that they have made and make a better life for themselves instead of butting heads or saying they said this and they said that. Yes these people might be rude or whatever but the issue here is to help people get out of debt. So incourage these individuals to contact the orignal place find out the amount and pay it to whomever holds the debt whether its this Paul Kupferstein or onother company.

My Canadian dollar comment was meant as a joke. I apologize that it doesn't transfer well on this board. Trust me, with the right tone of voice, you would see I was just making light humor - nothing more. I have plenty of Canadian friends - they are all great people.

I have always been a huge supporter of Janet. She has been the only person with the guts to step up and try and help. All the others from this company come here and make goofy, useless comments.

Jedi, spare me the details. This is a story from over a year ago now. It holds no merit. Nothing came of this story. Another debtor trying to get out of paying his debt. Some hungry reporter was desparate for a story and a pathetic one at that.

For the "Guest" posting insults to other posters, I would advise you to drop it. These posters are trying to clear up their debts and are doing it legally.

It's just that we have been burnt by Charline's / Mr. David's postings in the past. They come in and out of names but their wording pretty much remains the same and the written harrassment is pretty consistent. It is only human nature to respond to comments when our personal character is being attacked without validity. I am sure things would be where they are today if they practiced what they preached but unfortunately for them, they choose the wrong path to go down and picked the wrong person to mess with.

It is too bad that your collegues couldn't be more like you. I am sure my impression and dealings with your company may have been different if it was you who called me and not Mr. David. I do realize that you may be the only in your company who actually is sincere. In any event, I apologize.

While I may be harsh, I am that way cuz I have questions, and you are the only person with your company that has the nerve to come here, identify themself and offer REAL help. You are getting some of my wraith because frankly, you are the only contact I have. If Mr. Cowan or Mr. Kupferstein or whomever is of power at whatever your company is called would come here and have an honest, fact-backed dialog, we could possibly end this thread. But for whatever reason, they won't. And then more people find these threads and post their stories about their run-ins with Mr. David, Mr. Sargent, Mr. Shaw and the rest, and their stories match mine.

Well someone obviously is posting from your company and it is hard to believe that no one in your office knows of this and what slander and accusations they are typing.

Jedijeff1, it's hard to know who is who anymore on this site. I came here a way back when trying to assist people, but they just kept attacking my character. I answered what I could, and didn't answer what I felt was not relevant. Perhaps you and others felt differently.
The way you have responded to my simple post today is the reason why I have chosen to mind my business and not continue to communicate with the people on this site.

Not one person within Mr. Kupferstein's represents themselves as lawyers unless they truly are. I don't think most of the questions you or any of the other people ask are any of yours or their business, and that's why I don't answer them. I know you'd really like to know the intimate details, but no particulars will be posted on this site, surely you can understand the reasons for this. This is a site that is full of people that have complaints. (both lies and some truths) This is not the way to resolve anything.

Then why is is that your company threatened to do this earlier to me huh?! I am not concerned but cannot understand how your employees can get away with threatening people as they do. I am told that is how a law suit erupt, you know threatening people and all.

So then how do you explain the way your collegues, executive, whoever come on here and speak the way they do to people, threatening people via email and also stating that you know who everybody is and everybody better watch their words. If you act professionally as you say you do, then (and I am not stating anyone in particular), why is it that you continually seem to operate in an illegal manner with your threatening remarks CONTINUALLY whether it be you, or your collegues hiding behind fake names.

There is not one person that works at the Law Office that uses an alias. This is something that a person here on this forum put in print and now you all have decided this to be fact. The Law Office has not violated any Canadian and/or US debt laws. You think they have, but what you think and what has actually happened are two very different things.
I'm sorry Jedijeff13, but you yourself came down very hard on the Law Office, and now we all find out that you indeed did (do) have an outstanding amount owing. You think that because the company got fed up with pursuing you and wrote off your debt that you were free. You yourself said that if you have an outstanding debt owed you'd pay it - but you didn't. Please don't tell me that I'm a lier, I have no reason to lie.

Charline - you totally ignored my last post.

And if you want to solve this issue of people posting, why don't you register? What is your fear? From what "guest" and "not who you think" and all the other socks that post, they seem to have some kind of knowledge of your company. Either they are employees, friends, or they also work in the collection business.

Just my take. I am sure you will say I am wrong. Add it to the list of things we agree to disagree on.
