Payday loan - what to do?

In response to My BUTT. I can see that your another one of these people who are not a responsible person. That you have to come on here with your ignorant comments to make yourself look like a big person. You were contacted because and only because you did not pay your debt. So I guess you figured if you came on here with your ignorant comment you could justify why you can't be an adult and pay your bills. And by the way just to set the record straight they are both happy with their partners which are female. So theirs no bending here maybe your jealous.

I'm gonna have to go with Janet. Uncalled for comment. If you don't like someone - fine. But have something constructive to say.

I think "My Butt" has an unhealthy obsession with butts....He seems awfully concerned with them...

This thread has gotten way out of hand, and certainly off topic. The topic here is Pay Day Loans, not trade insults. First of all Our purpose here is to help and guid others to become debt free and debt educated. I have never tried "getting out of a bill". My problem was, we had a charge card with Sears in 1982, charged 1500. haven't charged in 12+ year, and have been making 52-100 dollar payments since 1982! I believe when they sold the debt and someone bought it, that we have paid enough to buy 4 really nice cars, with money left over. I have had 6 agencies contact me, will give me no info, that's why I asked for validation, and to speak to them,no answer. If you have something constructive and usefull for people, to help them with debt problems, please share. If you wnat to make personal attacks, discuss why someone is on the computer at 10:00,not dating,etc., please find somewhere to vent, other than where people are desperate,hopeless, and looking for help...Karen

Ditto across the board. MB - don't make accusations of sexual immorality towards anyone. That is pretty much scraping the bottom of the barrel. If you have an issue with someone, fine. Here Here Jedi and Bossy. There are times in my life that I have learnt to think about where these comment come from (my butt) and the people they come from. I'm glad my little shoulder can handle these insults. If I don't get a chance to reply to anyone else you all have a very merry christmas and a new year.

Jessica A, you need to file a complaint with your state's AG office and with the BBB.

Lets be truthfully honest here, you people can't to s*** about any problems, you have with that company. If you haven't noticed before, many people have come on here, to sue them and make arrangments to file a complaint. But it just doesn't cut it, you'll never win, so why don't you get on with the rest of your chritmas vacations and have a wonderful new year!!

That's funny, my AGs office was of a WONDERFUL assitance to me when I filed my complaint. And my Christmas was MARVELOUS and I do believe my New Year will be as well. Since it is a fact that people can file complaints and come out ahead when dealing with such companies. Good Day Guest, and may you have a wonderful New Year as well.
