2 Credit cards
Date: Tue, 09/19/2006 - 06:50
I recently got a motorcylce financed through polaris and suzuki. They both approved me for credit card loans. Unfortunately they mailed the bills to my home of record not at my physical location. Ended up getting monthes behind and suffered several late fees. Due to this error by the company, I was not able to payoff the total amount due, and continue to suffer more and more late fees. As well, when i attempted to pay by electronic check over the phone with the company, some how the checks got sent back, saying there was insufficent funds in the bank. This i knew for a fact was not true. I have contacted the compan y several times trying to explain my situation, but none the less, they insist that they can not waive the latefees and i am getting even further behind on paying off the amount due to this. I am attempting to get a loan to pay off the 2 credit cards i got for the bike and be abel to deal with one payment and keep from my credit getting ruined.
