This seems like a ploy, because I can't see them taking legal action over 300 dollars especially since I've been paying them money. Can they sue my employer for their loan?

I'm dealing with United Cash Loans. But he was representing himself as Nationwide Loan Finance. I've paid them so much money already, but I can't complain now because I wasn't complaining when they deposited that $300 into my checking account.

Take what he said with a grain of salt when dealing with United Cash Loans. If you have paid back the principal, then fight back and let them know they are not licensed in your state. You have to be ready for United Cash Loans, they will harass til the bitter end. Do not give into them and stand your ground.

figure out everything you've paid them, and the maximum interest allowed in your state..With any luck, you may be able to send them a neat little letter demanding your loan be paid in full..Nope, it won't be easy, but you have no legal problems to worry about.
