LVNV Funding LLC stopped calling me

Hello,
I sent a DV letter which also included a C&D to LVNV funding. The 30 days is not up yet. My question is why did they stop calling before they got the letter? I'm not complaining but they called 4 and 5 times a day and then just stopped. Do they stop calling after they send out the first letter? I'm hoping they realized I've already paid this debt. Why are you worried if LVNV funding has stopped making the calls? I mean, that's good. Isn't it? Well, if you are sure about the debt already been paid, you don't want any collection calls from them. Right?? Hopefully, the cease and desist letter worked.
