Sounds like they understood your letter perfectly and are willing to settle the matter with you on your terms, get it in writing.

Ok well now i am more confused than ever with interim cash. Like i said they called me and told me that they received my letter and everything from now on would be in writing and waht ever i wanted, but now they are calling me back so i am more confused then ever.
