I have 2 questions, one are storefront check cashiers and internet PDL's governed by the same laws? Number 2 question if I'm reading the laws of Arkansas correctly am I correct in thinking that the PDL can only charge me 10% of the loan and if that company is not lic. here in Arkansas then I only need pay back the principal of the loan? I just want to make sure I'm comprehending what I'm reading really.
Thanks,
Sandy

Sandy,

internet and sore front lenders are two completely different animals. For the internet loans, you must pay back at least the principal plus the 10% interest.

Store front lenders usually operate within the law, and you pretty much have to follow the deal you made with them to begin with. I'm sure there are extenuating circumstances, though..What companies are you dealing with?
