internet and sore front lenders are two completely different animals. For the internet loans, you must pay back at least the principal plus the 10% interest.
Store front lenders usually operate within the law, and you pretty much have to follow the deal you made with them to begin with. I'm sure there are extenuating circumstances, though..What companies are you dealing with?

they are both internet lenders, so i guess i pretty much have it straight, they are borrowcashnow (aka Del Prado Holdings), and tendollarpayday (aka Rio Resources aka MTE Financial) i've heard lots on tendollar, but noone seems to know anything about borrowcashnow.
