I have been reading the testimonials and I am guessing I am not the only one stuck in the Pay Day Loan nightmare. I really need help and hopefully someone can tell me what to do. I need help quickly... My house is on the line and I owe so many loans to friends that I really dont know where to turn next. I have payday loans also. One guy just called me and have been calling my job for a week now non stop back to back. I finally told him today my cell phone. I have 2 cell phones. I told him do not call my job anymore or I will sue their company. As I was talking to him. He asked me did I want to handle the situation.I told him yes, I will pay $50 a month. He said no and then they hung up on me. I called them back and ask what their address was because I was going to sue them. They did not want to tell me. The guy said he will give me their fax number.
