well, you could go ahead and make payment to the original creditor ( but make sure you use money order or certified/cashiers check, and send payment CMRR for documentation. Or you could wait till they get tired of playing with your account and pass it along to another agency. however, it seems like the more an account gets passed around, the slimier and more unscrupulous they get.

Right you are! I'm glad you see through all the bs and are not going to pay those crooks. I don't know about you, but I've never heard of bees attracted to homey! That's interesting though!

Collections agencies aren't required to accept a payment plan from you. Your creditor called the balance due in full when you defaulted for whatever reason.
Futher collections activity will continue until the debt is paid in full or settled in full. The only way I know that might help you get transfered to another agency is to send a C&D letter. I know that my agencies just sends the accounts to another agency when we recieve them. Or you could try calling back and speaking to a different person. All collectors aren't the spawn of satan.
That's the only way I know to get them off of your back. If you don't mind the calls or skip tracing efforts they will exaust to find you then keep sending your payments to the origional creditor. It will get posted to your account as the law required. Make sure you keep good documentation of each and every payment you make.
