Ok, nothing to worry. These companies must have a legal business
Ok, nothing to worry. These companies must have a legal business in your state. Please check with your state regulator's office about these companies. You should also be aware about the legal fees and interests allowed in your state. You are not required to pay more than your state laws. How much is the loan amount you have from them and what state you are in?
oneclick cash borrowed 200 paid 50 back toward principal. also A
oneclick cash borrowed 200 paid 50 back toward principal. also Arrowhead borrowed 150 pay back 45 refi. fee. that one is current. Emerald borrowed 300 payback $0 tried yo debit my account 3x im in default with them now none are licened in my state and are all charging 30 per hundered.... what should i do?
Inform your state regulator and the attorney general about these
Inform your state regulator and the attorney general about these companies because it is necessary that all loan companies should have a valid license before lending money to people. Be aware about your state laws because you are supposed to pay the legal charges only, not what they say. Since none of them is licensed in your state, you already have a case against them.
