Anyone get a refund from my cash now

Getting a refund from the lenders especially those who have already violated so many state laws sounds tough. I assume this is tough unless you involve an attorney into this action. Get proof that makes your case legally strong after reviewing your bank statements and the legal charges in your state. In that case, no one can escape but to refund the excess amount. Often people are unable to bear the court costs and attorney fees and this is the reason, the lenders take people's undue advantage.

I've never heard of anyone getting a refund from this particular lender.

would anyone have a email or address for my cash now.. i dont owe but in CA you cant charge extension fees i am filing with the ag.. just cant find a address..
