Hi, welcome to the site.
Congratulations on taking care of all those loans, I know it feels great. You only owe $65? Then you're done? Call them and tell them what's going on, I really don't think they'll harass you too much over it. Sounds like someone was looking for something to do..Just communicate, and they're easier to deal with

Send them a certified letter with return receipt requested stating that you can no longer accept these type of phone calls at your place of employment. With the return receipt, you will have proof that they received the letter and someone actually signed for it. Congratulations on your progress thus far :-)

Tell Them to Stop
Few consumers know that under the fdcpa, you have the right to tell a collection agency employee to bug off. Simply send a letter stating that you want the collection agency to cease all communications with you. All agency employees are then prohibited from contacting you, except to tell you that collection efforts have ended or that the collection agency or original creditor may sue you.
debt collectors, however, are notorious for breaking the law????????contacting people who have sent a cease-contact letter, or violating other provisions of the FDCPA so Document Illegal Behavior
To get results, you need proof of the illegal behavior. If phone calls from someone from a collection agency violate the law, try to tape the next harassing phone call you get. In most states, you can tape a conversation without telling the other party, as long as you are a party to the conversation. That's because the law allows you to record any conversation in which at least one party consents to the taping, and you can be the one who consents.

If this is the original creditor they do not have to follow the cease and desist letter. But it doesn't hurt to send one anyway. They do however have to follow federal law in regards to making illegal threats. That is also known as extortion.

Harassing webpay day rep
I just notices I made an error in my orinal posting. I meant to say everyone in the office was staring at me tell this person not to call me at work. Probably thought it was my daughter's father lol. Anyway, I ddi call the ftc and filed a complaint, but I didn't have the phone # for them to put in the complaint. The rep hasn't called me since last Wednesday thank goodness. I'm just ready for her so called legal proceedings like she claims.
