Tell your bank that it's unauthorized immediatly. Make them send it back. Also have them put a block on your account so that company can't debit or credit to your account. They can do this since they will have the company's id number from the deposit.

You might have filled their application form in the website. That is how they got your checking account info and deposited the money. Send a cancellation letter asking them to take their money back.

It is important that you monitor your account closely. This company has done many federal and state violations and they will be withdrawing money from your checking account. You need to explain the whole situation to your bank and be proactive. Closing the account will be the best remedy.
