I recieved a $200 deposit into my account from Northway Credit and I NEVER EVEN FILLED OUT AN ON-LINE APP.
How can someone deposit money into your account without your approval?? I've never heard of Northway until this and when I did a Google search I found this forum, I'm kinda scared now after what I've read from everyone here.

And read more of Northway Debit/Cash Transfer Center/Sonic Payday horror stories in this link

You might have filled their application form in the website. That is how they got your checking account info and deposited the money. Send a cancellation letter asking them to take their money back.

It is important that you monitor your account closely. This company has done many federal and state violations and they will be withdrawing money from your checking account. You need to explain the whole situation to your bank and be proactive. Closing the account will be the best remedy.

Please take my name from your loan bank, do not take any money from my account. I paid my loan back and now I'm hearing these horror stories about your company continuing to take money from accounts of persons who got loans from your company.

Lyle, this is not a company that gives loans. This is a debt forum where members and guests tell about the problems we've had with debt and give each other advice on how to handle these debts. If you tell us the name of the company who gave you the loan, maybe we can get contact info on them.
